Edit: - [ ] Agreement I signed did not include any information about receiving a quote/dismantle other than giving you permission to dismantle.- [ ] Agreement did not mention fees I got charged for etc. repair order fee, supplemental fee, tear down fee, and hourly rate of $75- [ ] You called me right after writing this review, when I waited a few days until I decided to write it. Which meant you didn’t really care about my billing until I posted this review.- [ ] You try to explain the billing, I still disagreed with the price. Then you tell me you gave me a discount of $1,500. I asked why it wasn’t mentioned (not one mention on the billing) you said you weren’t there that day the bill was given. Then proceeded to tell ask me if I expected it to be free, I said the billing doesn’t make any sense, I NEVER SAID I WANTED IT TO BE FREE.- [ ] The fact that you mentioned it was supposed to be $2,100 just for a quote and tear down is ridiculous and proves that people shouldn’t be coming here for a quote.- [ ] I still disagree with everything, then you use EMOTIONAL MANIPULATION by guilt tripping me that you employees have families to feed and they rely on this job and this review negatively affects the business. But what about me and other people working to feeds our families??? This is unprofessional- [ ] You can clearly see that they are pushing the hood into the glass, which shattered it more and faster than the sun’s heat could.In conclusion, I highly do not recommend this shady business practices. To not inform potential clients that they will pay an enormous amount of money just to get a quote, is greedy! And to inform others, I received a quote from another collision center who gave me less than half of what I would’ve paid here. And no charge or hidden fees for a quote.-Employees are very nice, specially Victoria who was very helpful and kind. But this review is for whoever is in charge of pricing. I came in acknowledging that I will need to pay if my car is kept in storage for $75 a day. Tell me why, after a week and a half when my insurance denied my claim that I needed to pay $500 to release my car. It was a big shock and I couldn’t comprehend it as I needed to get my car back to avoid storage fees. All that was done- was a tear down of the front and then putting it back together (but not everything was put back and I understand as there was broken parts) But the labor was $150 per hour (2 hrs of labor) and then I got charged for tear down and installation. I regret taking my car in here, $500 down the drain and I still need to pay out of pocket to fix my car. Also, tell me why the glass is shattered more than when I took it in? Seems like you guys hit the glass more. (both pictures taken by the employees)
When I walked in the 1st time, Aaron and Victoria were very welcoming and all smiles. I needed an estimate to fix my bumper and the trim on the driver side door. They we fast and efficient. I paid the money for the parts and as soon as they came in they scheduled the repair. When I brought my car in on the scheduled date, they greeted me and called me by name. How many companies do that anymore! The repair was done in one day…which I was thrilled. They did a great job and I would highly recommend this company and would give them more than 5 stars!!!! Thank you Aaron and Victoria for making this a pleasant experience.
The work done on my car was nothing short of amazing, left it looking as though nothing has happened. The team was very helpful and supportive. Totally recommend them!!
The service and collision repair performed on my car were truly outstanding. I now understand why so many dealerships recommend this place. My car looks even better than it did when it was new, and they returned it to me spotlessly washed. I greatly appreciated being kept informed throughout the repair and insurance process. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing car repairs.
I would highly recommend Payne’s collision, top tier work. Aaron got my truck done in a timely manner, kept me informed, and exceeded my expectations. If my vehicle ever gets into a collision it’ll be coming back here.
